Pricing Policy
All hires start when the vehicle leaves Ambassador's base in Farnborough and finish when the vehicle returns to base, except those hires subject to a fixed charge.

Ambassador chauffeurs will use the route which in their opinion is the best and most convenient for motoring, whether the route is the shortest or not, and no allowance is made on the grounds that the route is not actually the shortest.

During an event, such as the Farnborough International Airshow, services are only provided on a daily basis of a minimum of 10 hours, inclusive of base to base travel. Please enquire for a quote detailing the daily rates applicable to each class of vehicle, additonal hourly rates and 25% deposit required to secure the booking.

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date or via credit card.
All prices and charges quoted below are EXCLUSIVE of V.A.T.
All prices quoted are ONE-WAY charges.

Farnborough to Heathrow	£45.00
Farnborough to Gatwick	£75.00
Farnborough to Luton	£90.00
Farnborough to Central London	£80.00

Mileage Rates – 'E' Class

One Way	80p per mile
Wait and Return	120p per mile

Waiting Time

Charge	£20 per hour
Complimentary waiting time for airport pick-ups for internal flights	ETA + 30 mins
Complimentary waiting time for airport pick-ups for international flights	ETA + 1 hour

Other Charges

All airport pick-ups will incur a charge for car parking and flight information checks	£6.00
Booking for 6-seater vehicles and 'S' class Mercedes carry a surcharge on mileage of:	50%
All journeys between midnight and 0600 hours carry a surcharge on mileage of:	50%
London Congestion Charge; road, bridge and tunnel tolls; car parking and meter charge	At cost

Cancellation
If necessary, cancellation charges are calculated at the relevant mileage rate for miles covered or at £20 whichever is the greater.

During an event, such as the Farnborough International Airshow, Ambassador's normal policy for cancelling a booking is not viable.  Demand for chauffeur services is high and cancellations do not allow Ambassador to replace the booking and so the full charge would have to be made.
