Dependent on pick-up location, response times vary. Response within the Farnborough area is in the range of 10-20 minutes.

If business and/or contracts increase significantly financial facilities are in place to acquire additional vehicles.

Regulatory Issues
Ambassador holds all relevant private hire vehicle licenses and insurances.

All chauffeurs are vetted in accordance with the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Public Health Act 1875 and the Town Police Clauses Act 1847.

Health & Safety
Ambassador has a Health & Safety Manual which was written and prepared by EllisWhittam.

Ambassador has adopted and adheres to the principles and recommendations of Health & Safety Regulations.
